He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed a short term repair to allow us to use the AC until he was able to find a control board because our system is older. Once he found the board he sent out Jon the technician and he was great with my Mother who is older and was very thorough. I was at work and he called me when he was done to tell me everything was working properly. I would recommend Bill and his company to all my friends.”
