The first year must be paid for annually, and then you can repay monthly afterwards.

Discounted Assessment Fees:
- Silver $89

ER/Weekend Assessment Fees:
- Silver $169
- Gold $159
- Platinum $149
*Plans are for one single-family home; multi-family homes/additional properties would need to be purchased separately
**If the customer has a Hi-Efficiency, Combi, Tankless Water, or Oil system may require an add-on
***Loyalty Equipment Savings Program: For each year that you are an active member, we will credit $25/$50/$100 per year towards a replacement system, for up to 10 years or $250/$500/$1000.
For example: a 5-year Platinum member will earn $500 that they can put towards a new system

- Oil heating systems: +$99
- 2nd Furnace/AC Systems: additional $75
- Hi-Efficiency Boilers/ Combi Boilers/ Tankless Water Heaters: additional $99
All the prices for these add-ons are based on annual subscriptions.*
Disclaimer:
Membership pricing and plans DO NOT include replacing parts. This agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance. Any repairs required will be brought to your attention. The Customer may cancel membership at any time; however, for monthly plans, any remaining balance for the current twelve (12) month term will become immediately due and will be charged in full.
