My furnace broke down last night on one of the coldest days of the Year. I woke up at 4:00 am to a cold house with winds blowing outside 30+ MPH. I called Quarry Hills at 4:30 am. They had someone out to my house by 8:15 am. My heat was back on by 9:30 am. Thank you Quarry Hills plumbing for your outstanding service.

Quarry Hills Plumbing put my system years ago but I had not needed service in a long time. My AC started shutting down unexpectedly on a Friday before the hottest weekend of the year. I called in the morning and Quarry Hills was able to send Tim out same day and he got my AC up and running shortly after, and gave me some tips to prevent pollen and debris from causing future issues. I am so grateful for such prompt and effective service and will be buying a maintenance plan going forward.

We have been using Quarry Hills since 2018. I can’t count how many times I have called in state of panic over some HVAC issue. The ladies who answer the phones are CALM, PROFESSIONAL AND SMART…and the HVAC technicians are ABSOLUTE GENIUSES! Our HVAC issues are complicated and these guys never give up! This winter our entire furnace and water heater system had to be replaced. Bill, the owner and his team helped us make a plan that was PERFECT for our budget and our home. The installation was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We were informed of everything that was happening and they answered all of our questions with PATIENCE and a smile!! I swear they are a bunch of HVAC SUPERHEROES!
