We have been using Quarry Hills since 2018. I can’t count how many times I have called in state of panic over some HVAC issue. The ladies who answer the phones are CALM, PROFESSIONAL AND SMART…and the HVAC technicians are ABSOLUTE GENIUSES! Our HVAC issues are complicated and these guys never give up! This winter our entire furnace and water heater system had to be replaced. Bill, the owner and his team helped us make a plan that was PERFECT for our budget and our home. The installation was done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! We were informed of everything that was happening and they answered all of our questions with PATIENCE and a smile!! Bill the owner responded within a half an hour in a Sunday to help my Mom with her AC. He diagnosed the issue quickly and performed a short term repair to allow us to use the AC until he was able to find a control board because our system is older. Once he found the board he sent out Jon the technician and he was great with my Mother who is older and was very thorough. I was at work and he called me when he was done to tell me everything was working properly. I would recommend Bill and his company to all my friends.

Quarry Hills Plumbing put my system years ago but I had not needed service in a long time. My AC started shutting down unexpectedly on a Friday before the hottest weekend of the year. I called in the morning and Quarry Hills was able to send Tim out same day and he got my AC up and running shortly after, and gave me some tips to prevent pollen and debris from causing future issues.
