Fantastic Job Replacing Our Boiler
After 35 years, our heater boiler went. The next day, Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC came to inspect, and gave us several itemized quotes and options to choose from. The following day, they did the job. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job replacing our boiler with a new, more modern, and more efficient heater boiler that takes up much less space in our basement. Fast Turnaround and Smooth Installation
I was in need of a new gas boiler, and they came onsite, quoted, and committed to an installation date with a fast turnaround. The timing was difficult, and I created a bit of a fuss when they called to cancel given some inclement weather (school cancellations, less so bad conditions), and they called me back shortly after to send a new technician out after I suggested I'd start looking for business elsewhere (nothing personal, just needed it installed and had comparative quotes from other businesses). Otherwise, the installation, as far as I understand and can currently tell, went smoothly. They were here most of the day of their original commitment and stayed on quote pricing; technicians were very pleasant to chat with. Was happy with the experience and would recommend and use them again.

Our boiler broke and it was FREEZING last night. Called at 6 a.m. - had Jose at our house at 9 - heat is back on by 11! Thank you so much, Jose, for quickly fixing the problem and replacing two parts for us, and also educating us on the boiler (we are clueless new homeowners lol!). He was super nice, quick, and very neat - fixed the problem you wouldn’t even know anything went wrong! And took an extra few moments to talk to us about our old-ass boiler and things to look out for in the future. 😂

We called around 8:30 because last night our boiler stopped working. There was a leak in one of the covers that stopped the oil from reaching the boiler. The technicians arrived within 30 minutes and were quick to assess the problem. By 10 they were done fixing it, replacing it with a brand new piece! 10/10 experience, the technicians were kind and understanding and got the job done quick.
