Nathan was awesome. Very thorough and gave us honest feedback. Our AC unit is very old, and he easily could have told us we needed a whole new system or a bunch of repairs/upgrades. Instead, he was upfront and honest that everything looked fine, and it was likely related to the way we cleaned our filter. Really appreciated the transparency and professionalism.
