Without reservation, I recommend Quarry Hills. After our overflow switch was triggered and our system shut down, Andrew came and showed me that between the blown-in insulation making a mess and the long run of pipes that weren’t at a steep enough angle to drain, he recommended putting in a pump. He did that and put in new lines at correct runs and angles for the system to drain. He even showed me that it was draining before he left. He repaired a broken interior tray that we didn’t know was broken until he got into the unit to put the pump in. Despite the heat, he persevered to make sure our system was functioning before he left when he could’ve done the bare minimum and blown out the line (like a competitor did last year, hence this year's service call) and left. He made it right and communicated clearly through the process. This experience has made me a customer for life!

We called around 8:30 because last night our boiler stopped working. There was a leak in one of the covers that stopped the oil from reaching the boiler. The technicians arrived within 30 minutes and were quick to assess the problem. By 10 they were done fixing it, replacing it with a brand new piece! 10/10 experience, the technicians were kind and understanding and got the job done quick.
