I called Quarry Plumbing and Heating to repair a Kohler Steam generator. Sam, who answered and made arrangements for my appointment, was professional and considerate. Andrew Guiou, the installer, ordered a new generator and installed it two weeks later. He did an excellent job properly installing the new generator, and he also cleaned up a few shortcomings of the original installer. I am very pleased with the experience from beginning to end.

I called Quarry Hill on Saturday with a non-urgent plumbing problem—outdoor water spigot broken. By the end of the day, I had an appointment for Monday. Eric arrived when I was told he would. He listened to my concerns, identified the exact problem, told me what it would cost and fixed it. His repair work was impeccable. He then verified all my outdoor plumbing was in working order. Great service and friendly staff
Water filter housing developed pinhole leak over the weekend. Scheduled appointment for Monday to fix, but overnight leak was too big. Had to turn off water to entire building. Contacted Quarry Hills and they were there in a few hours. Replaced pipe and turned water back on. When new filter arrived, installed and added a line to bypass the filter should this ever happen again. Great service and friendly staff all around. Have used Quarry Hills for 17 years and they always come through.
