Andrew Guiou, the installer, ordered a new generator and installed it two weeks later. Excellent service! Our 30-year-old gas heater took its last breath on a cold day in April. We called Quarry Hills at 10 a.m. and the owner came by within 2 hours, and we had a written quote by 7:30 that evening. Water filter housing developed pinhole leak over the weekend. Scheduled appointment for Monday to fix, but overnight leak was too big. Had to turn off water to entire building. Contacted Quarry Hills and they were there in a few hours. Replaced pipe and turned water back on. When new filter arrived, installed and added a line to bypass the filter should this ever happen again. Great service and friendly staff all around. After trying and failing for more than two years to get someone to service our Kohler steam generator, I was referred to Quarry Hills Plumbing. What a relief! We got an appointment quickly, the plumber who was sent to our house arrived when he was scheduled to, he tackled the issue we had efficiently, and laid out options to address it.
