Quarry Hills came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling for no hot water. The tech explained and answered our questions regarding our 20-year-old tankless system. They were able to replace our tankless water heater the very next day. Amazing difference with the new heater! I've been using Quarry Hills for years. My latest experience was just as good. The tech, Andrew Foley, spent time trying to figure out if fixing my furnace would be smarter, and safe, as opposed to replacing it. He was able to work out how to replace the needed parts and thought it could give me years longer with the unit, that is still running incredibly efficiently. Aside from saving a bunch of money, it also kept a good piece of equipment from going to the landfill. I trust they're helping me make the best decision for me.

Nathan, the tech, showed up to clean out my oil burner and really took the time to make sure everything looked good. When he was finished, he explained everything to me, which was really nice.
