Nathan, the tech, showed up to clean out my oil burner and really took the time to make sure everything looked good. When he was finished, he explained everything to me, which was really nice. I understand now why it should be cleaned out every year, thanks to Nathan. The company also has excellent membership plans, which Nathan also took the time to explain everything to me about each plan. This is definitely a company I trust, as a new member.

Quarry Hills Does It Again!
Quarry Hills does it again! Tim and Thomas diagnosed our boiler issue last Friday, providing a temporary fix during the initial visit until a new part arrived this morning. The company is very well run top to bottom, from customer service, to sales to technicians. Everyone is professional and extremely efficient. The technicians were wonderful! I highly recommend.

What an excellent experience!
What an excellent experience I had today with Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC. My mom was looking for someone to replace her old guy that did heating tune-ups on her furnace/boiler. Her old person retired during COVID, so it had been a while. The tech showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. I led him to the basement and to the furnace/boiler. I told him that the past couple of days it had been leaking a small amount of water. He immediately told me what the cause was. He looked at the entire system and deemed the 2 culprits needed to be replaced before more harm could be done to the system. He told me the price right there and then said he had the parts in his truck to change them out. I gave the ok and he did. When he was finishing up the tune-up he called for me and showed me the multiple readings on his device and explained each one to me. This 33-year-old furnace/boiler my mom had was still giving out great numbers. He promptly cleaned up everything and even put down some air freshener stuff to help with the smell that comes with having your furnace tuned up. What exceptional service. We were just looking for a tune-up on the aging system. Now we have a new company to provide service for years to come. I highly recommend.
