First off, I’d like to say how glad I am to find a company where a real person answers the phone no matter the time of day. We recently ran into some issues with our tankless heating system. After explaining my options, we decided to get a new unit. I’m glad we did. For the first time since we moved into our home, every room is the same temperature and there are no sounds coming from the radiators. Super professional and very organized. A More Thorough Job
Used Quarry Hills services for the first time on 1/19/23 to perform a regularly scheduled inspection/cleaning of our two oil burners. The technician was on time and polite. The cost was higher than our prior burner technician, who retired last year. However, Quarry Hills spent at least twice the amount of time, and based on seeing the degree of disassembly involved when I checked in on the technician after a few hours, I feel that Quarry Hills performed a much more thorough job.
